B. THE APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS

 

 

 

 

- Repaint house/garage the same color.


- Re-roof house/garage with the same roofing material.


- Repair house/garage with the same type of exterior materials.


- Installation of landscaping.


- Installation of birdbath, birdhouses, benches, tables or statuary   must follow guidelines herein.


 - Installation of basketball goals must follow guidelines herein.


 - Installation of lighting must follow guidelines herein.

 

 

 


1. The nature of the change or addition.
2. Specifications and plans.
3. Measurements (height, width, depth, elevation, etc.)
4. Materials to be used.
5. Color
6. Location on the property in relation to other structures.
7. Harmony of design.
8. Location in relation to topography.
9. Location of utility easements.
10. Signature of owner(s).
11. Additional information as requested by the ACC or the Board.

            12. Under no circumstances can community property be used to access construction site; must go thru owners driveway/property.
