The Kings Point Community Association is managed by Sterling Association Services.
Sterling manages the billing of homeowner association dues, processing architectural improvements, deed restrictions enforcement, maintaining the association’s books, and other management services. They will assist you in answering your questions and/or direct your inquiry to the appropriate homeowner association board member.
