Pool identification bracelets are required for all pool users.  This is part of a coordinated program by all Kingwood village pools.  They are supplied at no cost to homeowners whose assessments are currently paid in full.  Please complete and return the Pool Registration Form and send it in. You may also pick them up at the Management office. Their location is 1521 Green Oak Place, Suite 196, Kingwood, TX 77339 . If you have questions, call Sterling Association Services at 832-678-4500 for information on getting pool tags at their office.
These pool ID bracelets are to be worn at all times while inside the pool area and will be accepted at all participating Kingwood area pools.  Up to two guests of each bracelet holder, with a limit of 5 guests per family, will be allowed to use the pool after signing in at the front desk.   Lost or damaged bracelets will be replaced for $10 per bracelet at Sterling Association Services ’s office.
Non-residents of Kingwood may purchase pool identification bracelets from Sterling Association Services at a cost of $150/family, plus $3 per tag for the season.

Kingwood Community Pool Company has our pool operations contract. Included in the services are lifeguards, pool cleaning, pool chemicals, equipment, maintenance, cleaning and maintaining the rest rooms, guard room, chemicals area and pump room. Remember that the lifeguards employed by KCPC have the ultimate authority over all users at the pool. Compliance with all pool rules is mandatory. Failure to abide by the rules posted at the pool may result in the loss of access to the facility for the remainder of the season.
If you would like to host a swimming party at the pool, you must contact Kingwood Community Pool Company at least two weeks in advance to arrange for lifeguard coverage. The cost is $25 per guard hour. The contract with KCPC authorizes lifeguards to "turn away" unscheduled swimming parties as well as any individual who does not obey pool rules. Please help to keep the Kings Point Pool a safe and fun facility. Pick up your trash after the party and bring it to the dumpster in the parking lot.
If you would like to rent the community room for a meeting or social event, you must contact Kingwood Association Management (281-359-1102). Ask for Elizabeth or Ethel for information on the available dates and rates.

The pool is for Kings Point residents to enjoy. There are detailed rules posted on the pool bulletin board for your safety and the safety of others. PLEASE READ THEM! The rules cover such things as when children can be at the pool without a parent (children ages 10 through 12 years of age who pass a simple swimming test), how many people are allowed on the diving board at one time, etc. The pool lifeguards will help by answering your questions, talking to anyone not familiar with the rules, and showing you where the rules are posted. The phone at the pool is for urgent calls or short calls ONLY. We have a very good safety record at the pool. In order to keep our good record in tact, please help out by encouraging your children to walk in the pool area, keep the entry gate closed and latched and comply with all the pool rules.
The pool lifeguards are there for safety, not clean up. If you take food or drinks (no glass containers) to the pool, please clean up when you are done. If you have young children, please keep a close eye on them for safety’s sake and “when nature calls” use our restrooms so we don’t have to close the pool for water quality reasons.
